  There were multiple issues with the property when we first entered the property, which we do not feel were rectified in a timely or professional manner.

  Agent and landlord were reluctant to carry out repairs, and would have to be called back to rectify repairs that had not been completely fulfilled. Some requests for repairs simply resulted in items being removed and not replaced.

  Communication was incredibly poor, and on more than one occasion we were wrongfully given charges that we were not legally required to pay (including one instance after it had already been established that it was illegal for us to be charged, which was only dropped when we threatened to contact Fair Trading).
